Originated and led a three person team building a multi-currency financial aggregation platform that consolidated transaction data across multiple banks for East African users. The platform was acquired in June 2023.
Primary technical resource for Kisumu County's full IT infrastructure for six years, with the highlight being the migration of a 150TB on-premises Oracle data warehouse to Amazon Redshift, with zero-downtime cutover across 270+ operational processes serving 1.1M residents.
